On tap at Cascade, pours a dark mahogany with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out lots of rye, earthy bready, vinegar, and subdued tart fruit. Flavour is bizarre, with briny fruit notes, vinegar, and some boozy vinous notes. Almost pickle-like with that briny character. Not very good.
