On tap at Cascade, pours a clear pinkish amber with a small pink-tinged head. Aroma brings out gently tart cranberries, a hint of Xmas spices, and tartness. Flavour is pleasantly tart, with sour cranberries and a hint of Xmas spices. Simple but pleasant enough.
