750ml bottle pours out golden topped with a small head. Nose is nice grassy citrus hop combo plenty oak barrel and a nice tartness. Taste is more of the nice funky sour notes big oak barrel and faded hops.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange gold with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong oak, funk, grass, mineral. Slick body, funky, wood, earth, grass, mineral, light dry finish, enjoyed this.

On tap at de Garde, pours a cloudy bright orange with a small white head. Aroma is complex, with a wonderful mix of floral hops, wild yeast, and oak. Flavour is remarkably complex, with lots of floral hops, farmhouse funk, oak, and bugs. Really wonderfully blended—the hopping works really well here. Excellent.
