Collab with PIZZA COMING SOON, URSA MAJOR, PACIFIC RHYTHM. Nearly 1000lbs of grapes from an Ursa Major skin contact Gew, a tiny touch of Nelson Sauvin on the dry hop, all on top of a zippy little Berliner Weisse style base beer. Really, really nice.

On tap at The Magnet, pours an opaque yellow with a small white head. Aroma is all lacto, tasting like pure yogurt and little else. Flavour is pretty bad, with lacto galore - that's a yogurt bomb. I don't detect any grow. Just a lacto bomb. Cheap and disappointing.
