750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a quickly-diminishing white head. Aroma is bone dry, with lots of farmhouse funk, apple skins, and champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is bone dry, with loads of dry apple skins, barnyard funk, and some champagne-like quality. A bit mineraly and seltzery, which washes out some of the complexity. Assertively carbonated, with lots of dry apple skins and champagne effervescence. Very good but they've done better.
