On tap at Trinity, pours a clear pale golden blonde, no head. Nose brings out a nice dry apple skin character with almost a touch of farmhouse character. Flavour is dry and clean, with a nice crisp apple skin character and, again, a tiny hint of funk. Simple but well-made.

On tap at the source. Flight path. Glowy, hazy, pale honey gold. Pear & watery apple nose. Dry, bitter tart, bright, light lemon, dusty, ends abruptly. Good quaffer.
