On tap at American Solera, pours a clear copper bronze with a small beige head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, bourbon barrels, and light sugars — very unusual. Flavour is sweet and boozy, with lots of bourbon, chaotic estery notes, and light bugs. This is a total mess. Sugary, boozy, lacking cohesion. Nope, this doesn't work.
