Raspberry color and aroma. Taste is moderately sour with a good balance of sweet tart raspberry.

On tap at Lawrence Beer Co, pours a clear rosοΏ½ pink with a small off-pink head. Aroma brings out bright, slightly tart raspberries, light lacto, and a soft wheaty base. Flavour is bright and clean, with a really good tart raspberry character, light lacto, and soft pillowy wheaty notes. Bright, clean, and perfectly incorporating the berries. Excellent.
