On tap at Celestial Beerworks, pours a hazy darker golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out some mineraly notes, with light grassy hops, and straw. Flavour seems under-hopped, with light tangy -- almost tart -- hops, with grass and straw. I want more hopping here and less (almost-)tartness. It's clean and drinkable, but lacks that crisp bitterness that I want in a pilsner, and lacks the tangy hop character I want from NZ hops. Okay.

I'm tired of styles, give me light or dark. Pint @Celestial during happy hour. $4!!!!! Crispy Boi, clear, golden pour. Soft grain, clean steel, airy nose. Taste is complex & lingering bitters, high acid, sharp grain, bitter oily bits, light buttered toast. Quaffable, very crispy, maybe a touch too bitter for me, but it is multifaceted & relatively easy.
