On the darker side of amber, and bright. Thin head. Deep spruce, lots of bitterness, assertive forest taste. Gotta be mushroom, bark and bear poop in this, right?

473mL can, pours a clear golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of oak foeders, earthy hops, light pine, and biscuity malt. Flavour has plenty of earthy, resinous hops, plenty of oak, and a touch of sweet biscuity malt. The foeders give this an unusual character, imparting an oaky, woody character. Finishes on a strange note, with a touch of diacetyl that ruins this a bit. Not good.
