Peanut Butter Chocolate Porter dry-hopped with Georgia peanuts. This chocolate, peanut-butter porter concoction flows like a river of self-indulgent righteousness deep into the depths of your innermost childhood memory. Turn on, tune in, and drop out of this world for a tongue tripping experience of flavors never before so eloquently combined in a liquid or solid form.

12 oz. bottle. Pours an opaque black with a light tan head that dissipates very quickly. The Aroma is exquisite! Scents of chocolate and peanut butter are the main chords but there are undertones of banana and marshmallow too. Taste is medium sweet with flavors of peanut butter and chocolate, and not much else. But really, who could want more than that!! It has a full body with a smooth, creamy texture. Carbonation is average. And the finish? Well, it’s more of that fantastic peanut butter and chocolate, of course.

Overall, this is a surprisingly great beer. I really wasn’t expecting that much when I bought it, but I am happily surprised.

Dark brown almost opaque with a tan head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of fresh peanuts and peanut shells. The flavor follows the aroma. Tastes more like peanuts than peanut butter. OK if you like peanuts. The peanuts cover up the porter pretty well.

Bottle. Opaque deep brown/black. Fizzy, off-white head, rapidly diminishing. Aroma of chocolate, peanut butter, plastic, roasted malts. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Chocolate and peanut butter may make a great combination, but not bitter chocolate, bitter roasted malts and peanut butter. Gimmicky.

Bottle @ home, thanks to homer321. Pours a dark brown appearance with a dark brown head. Aroma has a ton of peanuts along with toffee / caramel, chocolate, and some herbal notes. Dessert forward aroma. Thin body. A bit acidic. Moderately sweet and bitter. Tons of peanut butter and chocolate in the mouth. A little earthy and herbal on the finish. Not overly sweet like expected but I’m also not crazy about the peanut flavor.

Sampled on draft at Hou Thou this beer poured a black color with a large foamy light tan head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was berry jam, nutty and roasty malts, phenol and vanilla. The flavor was dry, roasty, nutty and had a light berry note. long finish. Medium body. Tasty.
