Butterfly pea purple and quite pale, smells like lavender. Light spice. Not bad, for all the lavenderishness. Some tartness ramps this up.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a clear purple (yep) with a small white head. Aroma is pungently lavender-forward, with little else to speak of. Flavour is very floral, with intense lavender, not much else to speak of. Dominated by lavender with little else. Fun but not great.
