GBBF Day 4. Cask. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and crisp. Good condition. Vegetal green hot chilli totally dominates here. There are touches of dried fruits and fruit sweetness but it’s all about the chilli. Light dry finish and a very long chilli burning linger. Way too over spiced.

Gravity dispense at GBBF ’14, day 4, 15/08/14. Clear golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is mango forward, chilli kick, juicy citric peel, spice, earthy hop. Taste carries quite the serrano burn but not OTT, tempered with mango pulp, papaya, grapefruit, juicy hop rinse. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with a chilli burn. Decent enough, does what it says on the tin, think it would have been better via keg dispense.
