Poured from 473mL can. Clear blonde with no head. Apple, feint juniper and floral notes, bark in the finish.

Can sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a clear pale blonde, no head. Aroma brings out a melange of strange adjuncts — getting juniper berries, earthy root-like notes, and tonic-like notes. Flavour does indeed resemble a low-quality G&T — herbal, medicinal, boozy. I guess it accomplishes what it tried to do, but the base cider is so lame that this just isn't nice to drink.
