Harmony Bitter

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sottobosco. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare opalescente. Il colore è ambrato con riflessi arancio. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di caramello, miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, erba, agrumi e arancia amara.

21 September 2020. At 1816 Beer Pub, Livigno. Shared with the lovely Anke! Hazy golden, lasting, small, foamy, white head. Aroma of honey, apricot, vanilla, cereal, biscuit, kitchen herbs. Taste has sweet pear, apricot & honey-bready malts, herbal & grassy bitter edge. Yeasty-spicy, herbal hoppy finish, sweet malts lingering. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Drinkable, that's about it.

Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace. [ As 1816 Harmony Bitter ].[ Trade by HenrikSoegaard ]. Clear medium to dark orange amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, grass - dusty grass. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, orange, dusty, grass, nutty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150627]

Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finsih. Oily palate. Nice.

Bottle, 6.8%. Clear amber with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, hop, little caramel and a little spicy. Flavour is malt, fruit, little caramel, spicy, little sweet, hop, yeast, little grainy and notes of alcohol.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are caramel, bitter hops, fruits, notes of fruits and malt.
