Poured from bottle @ MBCC 2023 blue session (finally adding my notes). Clear pale blonde with small white head. Crisp apple, okay.

Från flaska på Brewskival 2023, vintage 2019. Koncentrerad, torr, lite funk, laktosyrlig, mineraler. Mycket gott.

Flaska på Brewskival 2023. Guldfärgad, knappt nån krona. Lite funk, väldigt mycket mer laktotoner, mineraligt. Stramt avslutning.

(Bottle) Golden colour with brief, foamy, white head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with red apples, apple skin, citrus, barnyard and funky yeast. Fruity, tart taste with apples, citrus, grass, tannic apple skin, barnyard, slightly funky yeast and a dry and tart finish. More than medium body, dry. Tart, tasty and well made. Nice one.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose is moderately funky and quite dry. Flavour lacks depth, but has farmhouse funk and barnyard notes, along with crisp apple skins. Acidic finish. It's alright.
