Sort of a hazy greyish colour. Soft body, light effervescence, juicy apple. Not bad. Less butter than the other one.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy dirty colour with almost no head — doesn't look appetizing. Aroma brings out an interesting mix of Chardonnay, buggy notes, light lacto, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is buggy, with lots of wild yeast, Chardonnay barrels, lacto, some light fusel alcohol notes, and crisp apple skins. Good ambition, funky, bretty, and dry, with an interesting barrel character. But then integration isn't there and it comes across fairly muddled. Fun but needs work.
