Cask, half-pint at Organ Grinder in Nottingham. Filmy layer, fair lacing. Opaque dark brown body. Smell of dark malts and dark berries. Taste of berries, liquorice and dark dough. Malt-fruity bitter ending. Pleasing (shared with Finn 20.02.2016).

[ As Blue Monkey Howler ].Clear dark red brown color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, dusty, yeasty, light roasted, light nutty - earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, dark malt, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
