Caesar Salad is an IPA brewed with our friends at Fast Fashion in Seattle. It is dry hopped with Anchovy and Citra. Anchovy hops are a new variety grown at Segal Hop Ranch. Anchovy was originally sponsored by Matt from Fast Fashion and he has played a massive part in promoting and popularizing it. These hops are a little more restrained and delicate and we taste really pleasant notes of watermelon and Starburst.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with a small, creamy, short lived, white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, orange, raspberry, vanilla, cantaloupe and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, orange zest, pineapple, raspberry, watermelon, peach and piney hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a soft, creamy, smooth texture and soft carbonation. My first time trying Anchovy hops. Oddly named, but tasty.

Poured from the tap. Cloudy yellow with small white head. Melon and onion hops, not coming together. Meh.

Opaque, not much head. Light tropical hop notes, fluxy weak malts, moderate bitterness, some onion, vegetal sort of hops. Not as egregious as the usual fluxchalk but still on brand.

On tap at Superflux, pours an opaque yellow with a small white head. Nose is all onion, with hopburn and the usual chalky nonsense. Flavour is fruity, with lots of onion, tropical fruits, and pith. Somewhat chalky (for the style), but not egregious. Still not a fan.
