500ml (thx, Ryan for saving it) shared with George @ 🏡 Appearance: hazy golden with some head. Aroma: wild yeasts notes, some basil. Taste: along the same lines, abit smoky somehow, basil and tomatoes, quite dry. Flat. Overall: weird, but it's ok.

Poured from 500mL bottle - gusher (thanks Derek & JF). Hazed yellow gold with minimal white head. Nice Basil character with a bit of tomato. Good for what it is.

500mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with intense basil and tomato upfront—like a marinara pizza—plus a touch of funk. Flavour is very tangy, with tangy tomato, intense herbal notes from the basil, and a hint of funk. The funk is way subdued beneath the tomato and basil. Not my thing but it's an eccentric, strange mix of shit.
