10/05/2025 (2023 vintage) Sample at Palace Hall, Malmö May tasting - sweet dark malty with opulent smooth silky chocolate, some caramel and toffee sweetness, full bodied, bourbon and coconut and vanilla coalesce into the warming sweet malty finish. Glorious.

Poured from 500mL bottle @ Black Xmas. Very dark brown with minimal beige head. Thick and rich fudgey chocolate, marshmallow, mild barrel. Very nice.

500ml @ Black Christmas 2023 at Heritage Hall. Appearance: pours like motor oil. Aroma: heavy chocolate, American oak, sweetness. Taste: chocolate sauce with a lot of American oak and nicely balanced sweetness. Almost flat. Overall: very nice.

500mL bottle, pours jet black with a tiny head. Nose is full of marshmallows, deep bourbon, dark sugars, and vanilla. Flavour is intensely syrup, with lots of bourbon, vanilla, syrup, marshmallow, and dark sugars. Syrupy palate, with lots of marshmallow and vanilla. Insanely syrupy and viscous. But good.
