Vaguely pinkish and thin head, light fruitiness, berryish, lightly buggy. Off-dry, mild fruit, quite buggy and a tannic woody finish. Excellent.

On tap at Fair Isle, pours a hazy amber orange with a small white head. Aroma reveals dry, faded grape skins, some rustic saison yeast, and earthiness. Flavour is subtle but certainly reveals plenty of dry grape skins, floral notes, and oak. Vinous, oaky and lightly floral.
