Pale and slight haze, just a thin head. Brettanomyces and lemon verbena jump out of the glass. It's got a really nice bretty dryness that is well complemented by the lemon verbena and chamomile florals.

On tap at Fair Isle, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of buggy, rustic saison yeast, floral lemon, and a touch of crunchy, spicy chamomile. Flavour is crunchy, spicy, and citrusy, with plenty of wild yeast, gentle citrus, and spicy chamomile. Rustic, crunchy finish. Good stuff, even if the adjuncts aren't my favourite.
