Hazy dull amber with no head. Not much going on appearance-wise. Tart, actually a bit bracing, stone fruit and the vinous notes come through cleanly. Still, this is just too sharp.

On tap at Twin Sails, pours a hazy full dark ros� colour with a tiny head. Aroma is very acetic, with tons of drinking vinegar, lots of oak, and gentle wine notes. Flavour is way too acetic, with lots of drinking vinegar notes, dry vinous notes, and a touch of oak. Way too acetic, finishing too vinegary and tart. Not very good.
