Tart, slightly vinous, has a medium lactic character, some stone fruit but it'�s not fully coming together. Looks dull and muddled with no head.

On tap at Twin Sails, pours a cloudy dark amber orange with a tiny white head. Aroma is full of vinegar and tons of acetic. Flavour is very vinegary, with gentle sweetness, a touch of vinous oak, and vinegary notes on the finish. Like drinking vinegar — this is just not good.
