Pale, with a slight haze. Not much haze. Herbaceous, buggy, a touch of residual sugar to round things out.

On tap at Fair Isle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is buggy and rustic, with rustic saison yeast, dry grape skins, and a touch of oak. Flavour is gently tart, with rustic saison yeast, wild bugs, and a hint of tart grape skins. Clean, rustic and a touch of tart. Good stuff.
