On tap at Chuck's Hop Shop - Seward Park, pours a somewhat hazy copper orange, no head. Aroma is quite buggy, with an interesting wild yeast expression, moderate acetic notes, and toasted grains. Flavour is grainy and buggy, with lots of wild yeast, some bone dry oak, and toasted grains. Very dry, which seems to neuter some of the complex wild yeast character. Low acidity on the finish. Pretty good, but not all that expressive or tantalizing.

Nectarine and peach. Wonderful balance here. Some hint of vanilla. Citrus and tangerine. Murky orange pour with good head. Tart finish. Super nice. Tap at de Garde.

500ml bottle pours out straw color topped with a white head. Nose is great sour tartness stone fruit notes and a barrel touch. Taste is more of the nice tart sour notes stone fruit and barrel.
