Extra Pale Ale
As Within, So Without is an extra pale ale brewed using a simple malt bill of pilsner, two row, as well as a bit of wheat, and hopped entirely with mosaic. Lots of tropical, citrus and tangerine packed into this super drinkable pale ale with a little bit of resin in the background. We are excited to be switching hops up and showcasing other varieties for this beer every few months, so collect them all!

On tap at Holy Mountain - Interurban, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright resinous hops, bitter pine cones, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour has a nice piney hop character, biscuity malt, and some toasted grainy. Piney and biscuity finish. Pleasant.
