A rustic saison aged in oak for many months with our house mixed brettanomyces culture. The beer was then aged on top of a large amount of fruit for an extended period of time, and refermented in the bottle after that.

On tap at Reuben's - Ballard, pours a cloudy deep dark mahogany with a small pink head. Aroma is full of intense jammy boysenberries, gentle wild yeast, and a touch of balsamic. Flavour is jammy, with lots of dry boysenberries, lots of brett, and very low residual sweetness. Really great combo of boysenberry and brett. Excellent.
