On tap at London Beer Factory, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of white wine grape skins, wild yeast, and some woody oakiness. Flavour is complex, with lots of wood, wild yeast, white wine, and some fry funk. Buggy, vinous and oaky. Excellent.

On tap at the brewery. Cloudy yellow with almost no head. Fruity, citric, vinous, white grapes. Dry finish. Medium bodied.

750ml bottle, big thanks to Kenny! it pours hazy bright gold with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, juicy, tart, tangy, pomegranate, cranberry, grape, vinous and a tocuh of earth. The taste is crisp, snappy, dry, tart, tangy, light acidity, granny smith apple, vinius, sherbet, minerality and sour fizzy candy. Medium body and fine carbonation. Crisp, bright and snappy. Nice.
