This wonderful traditional, weizenbock beer has been made in Collaboration with Brewdog Bar, Aberdeen for the Collabfest 2023 event. We used only top quality grains and yeast for this beer to make sure it was made to the style we wanted. As any Collabfest beer, there needs to be a twist so we used a special banana flavoured yeast and a little bit of maple to give it an unique and awesome flavour, it is purposely more balanced towards banana than maple and we felt this was the right combination so that it is like a quality beer that's been around for a long time but just made better.
