16 oz. can, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is loaded with intense bourbon and whiskey barrels, with lots of toasted caramel, dark sugars, and even more woody barrel character. Flavour is full of intense bourbon whiskey barrel, moderate sugars, toasted caramel, and a touch of dark dried fruits. Massive whiskey character, which is not the most elegant, but still very pleasing.

Dark brown, not a lot of carbonation. Big bourbon aroma, and I swear there's some calvados. On the palate, again with huge bourbon, nice fruity complexity from the barley wine, light roasty stout, medium bitterness. I like the blend - there's a freshness to it, which is something I appreciate in a blend, that resuscitation factor.

Poured from 473mL can (presumably 2023 vintage - both Willet barrels). Very dark brown with minimal beige head. Woody whiskey and some dark dried fruit, feint chocolate, very feint wood glue on the nose only, decent.

Can. Pours a dark brown hue with a small light brown head. A big sweet nose, malts, sweet fruit, sugary. Sweet berries, caramel, toffee, whiskey?, some brown sugar. Barley wine forward. Tastes a lot like a HOTD beer.

500ml (thx, Monica M!) @ home. Appearance: dark brown with a dark beige head. Aroma: sweet, fudge, some bourbon notes. Taste: along the same lines, some dark fruits, fudge, whiskey, and barleywine notes. Overall: not bad.
