Dry hopped kolsch style ale

We used our E9 House Kolsch Yeast to Cold Ferment this "SLEEPING GOD" of an Ale. BALLET HOPPED with Southern Hemisphere WAI-TI & TAIHEKHE get some notes of Peach , Apricot, and Tropical Citrus aromatics.

Pale gold, has a nice noble hop, malts aren'�t great, a bit husky, but still a decent noble hop taste.

On tap at The Living TapRoom, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is strangely fruity—like they ran a fruit beer through the lines before tapping the keg—with some straw and biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly clean, with straw, biscuity malt and a touch of hops. Clean enough but doesn't seem like a kolsch in my books.
