Our 2023 Co-Hop Edition beer is officially out in the wild! This year, we sourced all ingredients of this fresh hop West Coast IPA within 90 miles of our brewery - and we think that is pretty rad!
And to hop it all off, we partnered with our friends at @colemanagriculture and @indiehops to make this refreshing beer made with mosaic and fresh strata hops.

On tap at Chuck's - Seward Park, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out pleasant dank hops, some fresh doughy notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is dry and dank, with a real nice dank hop character, some pine, doughy malt, and biscuity malt crispness. Dank and dry, with good hopping. Very nice.
