Our fresh hop West Coast pilsner that was brewed with a simple grain bill of German pilsner malt and flaked barley. We started the hopping in the mash with fresh Strata hops from Crosby Farms, then added a ton more fresh Strata in the whirlpool. Garlands was fermented cool with our house lager strain before being dry hopped with more Strata.

On tap at Bizarre. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Bright dank pine on the nose. Flavour has light, but bright pine, gentle dankness, cracker malts. It's pleasant enough, but hopped very timidly.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Tapped, Mill Creek. A mostly clean pale golden appearance. Tons of loose foam head. Spicy malts on the nose, with some straw and pils like grains. Crisp to start, with a body that's a little more moderate to follow. Grassy hop profile. Quite bitter pilsner overall. Fun and unique.

Pale, with just a slight haze. Not much head. Slightly fruity, mellow bitterness, pale malts are a touch sweet but not so bad.

On tap at Ridgewood, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has some unfermented wort character, doughy malt, and subtle grassiness. Flavour is similar, with doughy malt, unfermented wort, and crisp crackery malt. Crisp but seems a tad under-fermented. It's alright.
