Pale yellow, opaque, brett, and pale, light lemongrass, nice complexity on this. Digging the depth of citrus - yuzu, buddha'�s hand, the exotic ones.

On tap at Fair Isle, pours a cloudy bright yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright rustic saison yeast, floral hops, and some hay. Flavour is rustic, hoppy and gently tart, with rustic saison yeast, floral hops, and gentle tartness. Rustic, hoppy, and well-blended. Very good.
