On tap at Darby's, pours an opaque yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of bright lime, coconut, and boatloads of hopburn underneath. Flavour is clashing and harsh, with a minty character from the lime, some nice coconut, and extremely harsh hopburn. Almost comical how poorly these are made. Harsh and clumsy, with some nice coconut and lime to ease the blow. Not good.

Poured from the tap. Opaque yellow with small white head. To be frank, I’ve not been a big fan of the coconuts series. This one actually has a nice balance of lime and coconut that melds well, but my problem is still with the hop burn and I don’t think the coconut and hops mesh. Better than regular coconuts.

Opaque, lots of lime with a little bit of coconut water to it. On the palate this really does come together well, that splash of lime with the richness of the coconut. The base is still a yeasty, chalky flux ipa, but the adjuncts are presenting well.
