On tap at La Espuma de los D�as, pours a see dark amber chestnut brown with a small beige head. Aroma is complex, with tart red fruits (I don't get figs), red wine barrels, and some brett. Flavour is complex, with lots of tart red fruits, some dried fruit, wine notes, and bugs. Nicely structured and everything is clean. Impressive.
