Ilustrada por el maestro Rocambole, el arte revela el espíritu oculto de esta cerveza: El diablo en tu copa. Una doble American IPA con cantidades obscenas de lúpulo y alcohol, refleja el color del mismísimo infierno.

On tap at Desarmadero, Christmas evening, English label called it "Double Red" 12oz-ish stemware, not full. Guessing. There's no indication on what it should be.
Lovely ruby amber, translucent pour, lingering skim of head.
Cooked grapefruit, sharp & sorta charred malt & extra black tea bags. Solid nose.
Earthy Simcoe, some russet-y malt, sharper tone, big tea bag tannins, white pepper, just a bit of caramel near the end. Crazy strong astringency, making me crave some good empanadas.
Tasty.

On tap at Desarmadero, pours a mostly clear dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out an unusual earthy hop character, toasted bready malt, and a hint of pine. Flavour balances the malt and hops decently well, with plenty of resinous hops and toasted bready malt. Quite bitter, but balanced. Could use a better, richer, chewier malt profile. Competent.
