Our continuously blended mixed culture beer. Wild yeast and bacteria were introduced through both cooling in a coolship and through lab grown cultures. Balanced bitterness and tartness is achieved by acclimating lactobacillus cultures to high IBU environment by gradually increasing hopping rates. Tart/funky/tropical/bitter.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2024 in Vancouver. Hazy yellow color small white head. Floral aroma with light lemon light funk. Taste has soft funk subtle sourness, light summer fruit. Tasty

473mL can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle bugs, some stone fruit skins, and gentle citrus acidity. Flavour is buggy, with wild yeast, stone fruit skins, and citrus acidity. Nicely balanced, not particularly complex, not too acidic though. Decent.
