Elizabeth & Chuck’s West Coast Pils is a collab with our friends at Elizabeth Station (Bellingham) and Chuck’s Hop Shops (Seattle area). This is a crisp, golden-hued lager with a medium body and a delightful dance of hop flavors – think grapefruit, lychee and resin. It nods to its cousin, the West Coast IPA, sharing the love of hops while maintaining its refreshing lager crushability.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear dull blonde with a small white head. Aroma is extremely dank, with plenty of dank piney hops like an IPA and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is likewise quite dank, with plenty of dank, piney and resinous hops, dry biscuity malt, and crispness on the finish. Drinks more like an IPA. Very good whatever it is.
