Pale and bright, thin head. Slight toasty malt note, not as buggy as I’d hope from a mixed ferm. But it’s okay.

On tap at Beva, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle white peppery notes, some bubblegum esters, and light rustic notes. Flavour is rustic, with a decent spicy saison yeast character, with white pepper, and low esters. Rustic, peppery, spicy. This is pretty solid.
