Pale green and hazy. Soft, fruity. There's a pear-like sort of character and moderate acidity. Not bad.

Fair isle kills it again, grape hints and stone fruit funk, lovely funky German grapes and fun all over. Super drinkable as always and flavor packed.

FHF 2024. Appearance: hazy straw blonde with a white head. Aroma: crispy, some hay, a bit of sweetness. Taste: along the same lines, some bugs, a bit tart. Overall: ok.

On tap at Fair Isle, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of fermented out honey, some rustic notes, and some grape skins. Flavour is full of semi-fermented out honey, grape skins, rustic notes, and light acidity. Cohesive and yet not fermented out enough on the honey. It's good for what it is but not what I want in a farmhouse ale.
