So yeah, it's winter in the great Northwest, but somewhere it's warm and tropical. We might not be there in body, but we can be there in spirit. Geography is no match for our imaginations! Step 1: turn up the heat in your house. Step 2: boil a big pot of water and whatever you do, don't open the door to let the humidity out. Step 3: drag that sad, neglected house plant from the front window and set it next to your chair. That plant is probably dreaming about the tropics, too. Step 4: Pour yourself a pint of our Indoor Tropics IPA and inhale the citrus, pineapple and passionfruit aromas from Citra, Riwaka and Vic Secret hops. Step 5. Sit back, drink up and transport yourself to a tropical paradise.

Gold and bright, thick head. Good pale malt, maybe a touch sticky. Light citrusy hop…balance a bit too far to the sweet for me but it’s not bad.

Draft pour enjoyed at Stoup, Ballard. Clean and clear shiny golden pour. Full finger of lasting dense foam head. Very creamy body despite the crisp appearance. Bready grains complimented with a cool melon hop. Clean palate. Gentle fruit notes. About as smooth and easy drinking as the style gets. Love this.

On tap at Stoup, pours a clear bright pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is soft, with fresh doughy notes and some dankness. Flavour is full of fresh doughy malt, fresh dank hops, and a soft, only lightly bitter finish. Really nicely done.
