Very pale, thin head, soft body, low bitterness, lightly fruity and quite wheaty.

On tap at Bottleworks, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lots of rustic saison yeast, gentle green tea, and some grainy notes. Flavour is pretty soft, with a nice saison yeast character, plenty of rustic barnyard notes, and not really any notice of the green tea. Nice yeast profile, with subtle complexity. Pleasant.
