(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 14 Feb 2024) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with citrus, grapes, yeast and oak wood. Fruity, tart taste with notes of lemon, sour grapes, oak wood, yeast, barnyard and a dry and tart finish. Medium body, dry. Generous, clean and fresh acidity. Very nice.

On tap at Beer Temple, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of tart citrus and some acidity. Flavour is harsh, with tart citrus, moderate acidity, and a touch of oak. Tart, citrusy, acidic. Meh.
