On tap at Structures - Holly St, pours a deep dark amber mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out gentle Xmas spices, bready caramel and some red fruits. Flavour is spicy and fruity, with lots of Black Forest cake — with cherries, cocoa and Xmas spices. Light, balanced and tasty. Good stuff.

Amber brown colour. Medium head. Bright. Sweet, caramel and toffee accents. Clean, off-dry finish, with a bit of alcohol. Doesn'�t have the depth of character of the best bocks but it is good.

Taster. Appearance: brown with a beige head. Aroma: typical dark lager, roasted malts, no sweetness, a bit fruity. Taste: roasted malts, dark fruits, moderately sweet, nice body, clean, a bit dry. Overall: good one.
