Poured from 473mL can. Lightly hazed yellow gold with small white head. Really nice vinous white grape nose, follows through on the flavour with a gentle oak backing, light and quaffable.

This one is hazy. Tart, and vinous, with a bit of barrel tannin to dry it out a little bit. Quite good.

Taster. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: bugs, hay, a bit fruity, some woody notes. Taste: along the same lines, a bit ascorbic in the finish. Overall: ok.

On tap at Garden Path - Bellingham, pours a hazy dull golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is vinous and tannic, with lots of musty grape skins, oak, vinous barrels, and rustic wild yeast. Flavour is loaded with grape must, rustic wild yeast, oak, and some tannins. Complex, vinous and buggy. Excellent wild grape saison.
