On tap at Holy Mountain - Phinney, pours an opaque peachy golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of bugs, with bright fresh citrusy hops, and some rustic notes — a bit odd combo of notes, almost across like diacetyl without it being that. Flavour has plenty of rustic saison yeast, accentuated by juicy citrusy hops (not bitter at all though), some oakiness, and light acidity on the finish. Oaky, rustic and citrusy finish. Very good.
