Brewed with a combination of Pils and Two Row, it was hopped throughout with Chinook, Columbus, Mosaic, and Citra. Additions of Mosaic and Citra Hydro-Boost from our friends at Yakima Chief Hops helped to round things out. It’s got everything a true hop enthusiast is looking for. Come drink it fresh this weekend. Draft only at Interbay and Phinney.

On tap at Holy Mountain - Phinney, pours a lightly hazy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of west coast piney hops, a bit of wood, a touch of allium, and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is loaded with big piney hops, light spiciness, some woodiness, and just enough crisp biscuity malt to back. Piney, woody, dry finish; well-hopped and balanced. Excellent.
